Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the uus77 website accessible at uus77.lat, including all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised versions, Progressive Web App (PWA) instances, and any API integrations made available to Members.
• "Member" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who has registered a uus77 account and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal member account created upon successful completion of the uus77 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held in a Member's Account at any point in time, excluding promotional wallet credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by uus77 subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements, held in a Member's promotional wallet and distinct from real-money Balance.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-fund stake placed by a Member on any sportsbook event, casino game, or other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which uus77 confirms a Member's identity using government-issued identification documents, principally the Indonesian National Identity Card (Kartu Tanda Penduduk, "KTP").
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to online gambling is legally prohibited at the national or state level, or from which uus77 has chosen to restrict access for compliance or commercial reasons.
• "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia and the primary transaction currency of the uus77 Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, source code, game assets, creative content, and proprietary algorithms associated with the uus77 brand and Platform.

Eligibility

To open and maintain a uus77 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and trusts are not eligible to register as Members.
• You must be at least 21 years of age. uus77 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• You must be physically located in Indonesia or otherwise legally entitled to access online gaming services at the time of each login session and each Bet placement. Access from Prohibited Jurisdictions is forbidden.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or account suspension issued by uus77 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of uus77 or any of its software providers, unless written approval has been granted by uus77 management prior to registration.

Account Registration

Each eligible individual may hold a maximum of one (1) uus77 Account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately and completely:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your KTP or equivalent government-issued identity document)
• Date of birth
• Indonesian mobile telephone number (capable of receiving OTP verification codes)
• Chosen username and a secure password meeting uus77's minimum complexity requirements
• Preferred bank account details for withdrawal purposes (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, or supported e-wallet)

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. uus77 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to adequately protect your username and password. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact support immediately at [email protected].

Your registered bank account or e-wallet for withdrawals must be held in your own name. uus77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Any attempt to withdraw to a payment instrument not matching your registered KYC name will be declined and may trigger an account review.

KYC Verification

uus77 operates a tiered KYC verification programme. Basic account access (deposits up to Rp 5.000.000 per transaction and withdrawals up to Rp 10.000.000 per day) is available upon completing SMS OTP verification at registration. Full account access requires submission of the following documents:

• Primary Identity Document: A clear, colour photograph or scan of your Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), showing all four corners of the document with no obstructions.
• Selfie Verification: A live selfie photograph of you holding your KTP next to your face, taken in good lighting. Screenshots and digitally altered images are not accepted.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of your bank account details page (showing your name and account number) for each withdrawal method you intend to use.

uus77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of source of funds for deposits exceeding Rp 50.000.000 within a rolling 30-day period. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days of the request will result in account suspension until compliance is achieved.

All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with uus77's Privacy Policy. Documents are used exclusively for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes and are not shared with third parties except where required by applicable law.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the uus77 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). uus77 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are supported:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 for e-wallet transactions and Rp 25.000 for bank transfers. Deposits are credited to your Account balance within seconds for e-wallets and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers during normal operating hours. uus77 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests submitted during operational hours (08:00–24:00 WIB) are typically processed within five minutes for BCA and BRI accounts, and within 15 minutes for other supported banks and e-wallets. Requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next operational period.

uus77 applies the following withdrawal policy safeguards:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment instrument registered in the Member's verified name.
• A Member must have wagered at least one time the full deposit amount before a withdrawal of that deposit is permitted (1x turnover requirement on deposits, separate from any bonus wagering requirements).
• uus77 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests where unusual patterns or suspicious activity is detected, which may extend processing times.
• Withdrawals to accounts that have not completed the full KYC process are capped at Rp 10.000.000 per day. Full KYC completion removes this cap subject to the platform's standard daily limits.

uus77 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider, public holidays, system maintenance windows, or force majeure events.

Bonuses & Promotions

uus77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-spin allocations. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published alongside the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Promotional Wallet within your Account and are distinct from your real-money Balance until wagering requirements are met.
• All bonus offers carry a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover or turnover requirement), which specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the qualifying deposit) must be wagered before the resulting winnings can be transferred to the real-money Balance and withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• Wagering contributions vary by game category. Sportsbook bets (minimum odds of 1.50) typically contribute 100%. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute between 10% and 50%. Certain game types may contribute 0% — refer to the specific promotion for the full contribution table.
• uus77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to the Member claiming it. Once a bonus has been credited to a Member's Promotional Wallet, the terms in effect at the time of crediting govern that bonus until it expires or is fully wagered.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited if the bonus is not fully wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days, as specified per promotion).
• Members who are found to be exploiting bonuses through arbitrage betting, using prohibited software, or participating in coordinated bonus abuse across multiple accounts will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.
• uus77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without notice, provided that changes do not adversely affect the terms of a bonus already credited to a Member's account.

Betting & Game Rules

All Bets placed on the uus77 Platform are subject to the game-specific and sport-specific rules published in the relevant game lobby or sportsbook help section. The following general rules apply across all product verticals:

• Bet Acceptance: A Bet is only valid and binding once it has been accepted by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued to the Member. uus77 reserves the right to reject or void any Bet where a manifest pricing error, technical fault, or suspicious betting pattern is identified.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game or market at the time of bet placement. Limits may vary by game type, market, event, and Member account tier.
• Sportsbook Rules: All football (soccer) events, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF Cup fixtures, are settled in accordance with the official result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation play, excluding extra time and penalty shootouts, unless the market is explicitly designated otherwise. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as wins for the ticket to pay out; any leg void results in that selection being removed from the accumulator and the remaining legs continuing.
• Live (In-Play) Betting: In-play odds are subject to rapid change. uus77 employs a brief bet-acceptance delay on in-play markets to mitigate latency exploitation. Bets accepted during this delay window are processed at the odds displayed at the moment of submission, not at any subsequent price.
• Casino & Slot Games: All casino games and slot titles are governed by their respective provider's certified rules and published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. RTP information is available within each game's information panel. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand, uus77's system will apply the game provider's standard disconnection resolution rules. uus77 is not liable for losses attributable to the Member's own internet connection failure.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in doing so
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place Bets or interact with the Platform in any way not expressly authorised by uus77
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit pricing discrepancies or bonus structures across multiple accounts or operators
• Colluding with other Members in live poker, live casino games, or any other competitive gaming format
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches rather than reporting them to uus77 support immediately
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or any other IP-masking technology
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing uus77 support staff or other Members through any communication channel
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing any other person to access or operate your Account

uus77 employs a combination of automated monitoring systems and human review to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, uus77 reserves the right to recover any funds paid out as a direct result of that conduct and to report the incident to relevant authorities where legally required.

Intellectual Property

All content on the uus77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of uus77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from uus77
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform
• Framing or mirroring any part of the Platform on any external website or application
• Using the uus77 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without prior written authorisation

Any unauthorised use of uus77 Intellectual Property will result in immediate licence termination, account closure, and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Privacy & Data

uus77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Key data-handling commitments include:

• Personal data is collected only for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• uus77 does not sell Member personal data to third-party advertising networks.
• Data is stored on servers protected by 256-bit TLS encryption and restricted-access controls.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected], subject to uus77's legal obligations to retain certain records.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uus77 expressly excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — whether express or implied — relating to the Platform, its availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.

uus77 shall not be liable to any Member for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the Platform
• Losses arising from system downtime, maintenance windows, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, or telecommunications infrastructure failure
• Losses caused by the Member's own internet connection failure, device malfunction, or use of incompatible software
• Indirect, special, punitive, or consequential losses of any kind
• Losses arising from a third party's unauthorised access to a Member's Account where that access resulted from the Member's failure to maintain credential security

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, uus77's aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the net deposit value placed by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause limits uus77's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Suspension & Termination

uus77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Chargeback or payment dispute initiated against uus77 by the Member or their payment provider
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Member
• Discovery that the Member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure

Upon account closure for non-fraud reasons, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Member's Account will be refunded to the Member's registered withdrawal method within 14 business days, less any amounts legitimately owed to uus77. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure regardless of the reason.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 2 business days.

Responsible Gaming

uus77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core platform value. Members are reminded that gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a reliable source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

uus77 makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be increased for a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications that prompt you to take a break after a specified period of continuous play.
• Loss Limits: Per-session and per-period loss caps applicable across specific game categories.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary account suspension for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, accessible directly from your account dashboard.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications displaying your net gaming result for the current session at regular intervals.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating for the benefit of Indonesian-market players. uus77 operates as a trusted and secure international platform; Members acknowledge that they access the Platform voluntarily and bear sole responsibility for ensuring that their participation complies with any laws applicable in their place of residence or jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through uus77's internal complaints process (see Clause 16) shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause affects any non-excludable statutory rights you may have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Amendments

uus77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform no fewer than 7 calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by applicable law, regulatory direction, or urgent security considerations.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account before the effective date of that change.
